Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years of experience as a classroom teacher or childcare provider.
• Successful completion of the Virginia Pre-Service Training for Child Care Staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director with day-to-day operations of education and care programs.
• Demonstrate leadership and communication skills with staff and parents.
• Handle administrative processes and procedures of the childcare center.
