A leading energy management firm in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Account Manager to manage a portfolio of business customers. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in B2B sales, strong relationship skills, and CRM proficiency. In this hybrid role, you will drive customer satisfaction, manage renewals, and pursue upselling opportunities. Qualifications
