Qualifications

• Proven record of at least 5-year experience in payroll management, preferably in Construction Industry.
• Solid understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and controls.
• Experience in an international or matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end UK payroll process for STRABAG Group entities.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Lead and develop the UK payroll team.
