Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join a growing insurance brokerage in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior insurance broker claims experience who enjoys managing claims end-to-end and delivering outstanding service in the property and commercial insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and property claims from first notification through to settlement
• Act as the main liaison between clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and other third parties
• Provide clear guidance and support to clients during the claims process
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with FCA regulations
• Monitor claim progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Maintain strong working relationships with insurer claims teams

About You

• Previous experience as a Claims Handler within an insurance broker is essential
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or property insurance claims
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple claims while maintaining high service standards
