Job summary

A leading SaaS company is seeking an Account Manager Lead to enhance and manage partnerships with event organizers. The role involves onboarding partners, driving strategic collaborations, and ensuring mutual success. Ideal candidates will have 5-10+ years in account management or partnerships, with strong organizational and communication skills. The position is based in London and suitable for those comfortable in rapidly scaling environments.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in Account management, partnerships, strategy & operations, or consulting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning your number and your process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow relationships with event organizer partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Own partner onboarding end-to-end, including pre-call research, live onboarding sessions, and follow-up education.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including additional events, renewals, webinars, case studies, and media partnerships.
