We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead onsite operations within a high-quality residential asset. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience.

The General Manager will take overall ownership of the day-to-day performance of the asset, ensuring best-in-class standards across residential and commercial operations while fostering a strong sense of community.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all onsite operations and setting standards across the asset
• Managing Customer Service, Facilities Management, Leasing, and Health & Safety
• Taking full ownership of the residential operating budget and driving operational efficiency
• Ensuring the building is maintained to the highest quality and compliance standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial tenants and key stakeholders
• Overseeing events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
• Collaborating closely with regional leadership to deliver operational improvements
• Creating a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and accountability
