Qualifications

  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support with relevant qualifications.
  • At least two years of applicable experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • One year of professional experience with a master's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Promote least restrictive practice and trauma informed culture.
  • Develop and implement behavioural analysis and support plans.
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and foster reflective practice.
  • Collaborate with management in developing PBS model.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in PBS.
