Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering PBS within a relevant setting.
• Ability to support young people who present with challenging behaviour.
• Knowledge of mental capacity act (2005).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of PBS across Bridge College.
• Lead the day-to-day delivery and line management of the PBS service.
• Monitor and evaluate PBS interventions using key performance indicators.

Experience delivering PBS

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to write individual behaviour plans

Good computer literacy skills

Education

Master's degree in applied behaviour analysis or relevant discipline
