Job summary

A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking graduates and early-career Behaviour Support Practitioners to join its Positive Behaviour Support team. Qualifications

  • Completed a degree level qualification as an allied health professional is desired.
  • Report writing experience is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement.
  • Genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.

Responsibilities

  • Support NDIS participants along with their families in identifying needs.
  • Assist in developing and delivering evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Develop meaningful goals and strategies using PBS framework.
  • Ensure plans reflect participants' goals and strengths.
  • Build the knowledge and capacity of family and friends.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
