Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the development and the entire purchase process.
  • Be the main contact for the purchaser and other involved parties.
  • Promote the use of recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Meet all administrative and reporting requirements per company policies.
  • Conduct market research and advertising to fulfill sales targets.
  • Proactively seek target customers and create appointments.
  • Introduce the customer to their new home and ensure aftercare.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
