You will work with students, their families, and lead a team dedicated to well-being and attendance. This is a permanent position with competitive hours during term time and essential professional development opportunities.

‘Pupils are happy to attend this school. The school’s values include honesty, excellence, ambition, respect and teamwork. The school’s culture is rooted in these values. There are positive relationships between staff and pupils. Staff have high expectations, and pupils live up to these.’
‘Staff are proud to work at the school. They feel well supported by leaders in respect of workload, well-being and managing pupils’ behaviour. Staff value the professional development they receive.’
We seek to appoint an Attendance Improvement Manager to promote the importance of good attendance with students and their parents and carers and implement strategies to improve attendance based on latest research and evidence-based approaches.
Interested candidates will ideally have a good knowledge and prior experience of school attendance procedures and processes, however, whilst experience with attendance procedures would be an advantage, this role may also suit those with experience in well-being, SEND or other relevant areas such as Pupil Premium.
