Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers.
• Provide clear, professional advice to clients, maintaining high standards of client care.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation relevant to residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and firm policies.
• Support the team with general conveyancing administration when required.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Highly organised, able to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Experience with case management systems is desirable but not essential.
