A well-established law firm with offices in East Belfast and Co. Antrim is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.
This role offers a varied and busy caseload across residential and commercial conveyancing. It is ideal for a solicitor with 1–10 years PQE who is looking for a progressive, client-focused firm and is keen to further develop their conveyancing expertise.

Manage a varied residential and commercial conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
Prepare and review contracts, leases, transfer documents, and related conveyancing documentation.
Conduct title investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Attend to post-completion matters, including registration and compliance follow-up.
Keep accurate records of cases, ensuring timely updates and adherence to firm procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and best practice.
Qualified solicitor with 1–10 years PQE in conveyancing.
Experience across residential and/or commercial property transactions.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, contracts, and legal documentation.
Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively.
IT literate and confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
