We’re growing our Exposure Management team within Aviva’s Lloyd’s syndicate – and we’d love you to be part of it. You’ll help us manage exposures across multiple lines of business, shaping how we respond to global risks. This role is hands‑on and influential, giving you the chance to improve processes and make your mark. You’ll join a collaborative team that’s expanding and integrating into the wider Aviva group at an exciting time. Your work will drive insight and action to inform underwriting strategies and protect our customers worldwide.
Develop and maintain processes for managing and reporting exposure to natural and non-natural catastrophe events.
Take ownership of class exposure management processes, improving and adapting them as needed.
Complete Lloyd’s regulatory returns and reporting requirements.
Work closely with underwriters to understand portfolios and assess new opportunities.
Analyse exposure data using catastrophe models and tools, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Support development of techniques for non-modelled perils and improve existing methods.
Prepare reports for internal committees and external stakeholders.
Model reinsurance structures and provide data for risk profiles and major losses.
Automate processes where possible and contribute to system improvement projects.
Mentor junior team members and share your expertise.
