Barnet | £38,000 per annum | 42.5 hrs per week (flexible)
We’re looking for an Operations Support Manager to play a central role in supporting the delivery of our parking operations across Barnet. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role that focuses on driving operational excellence, improving performance, and helping our frontline teams succeed in creating safer, better-managed neighbourhoods.
As the Operations Support Manager, you’ll be a key link between on‑street operations, office functions, and contract management. You’ll support the smooth running of enforcement, notice processing, compliance, and performance reporting, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance.
