Job summary

A local authority service provider in Margate is seeking an experienced Civil Enforcement Supervisor to lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers. Key responsibilities include managing complaints, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and overseeing vehicle compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in parking enforcement, a strong understanding of relevant legislation, and excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within parking enforcement or local authority services.
• Subject to standard DBS Check.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints, FOIs, and prepare reports & legal notices.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and complete risk assessments.
• Oversee enforcement agents and vehicle compliance.
• Arrange car park inspections and maintenance programmes.
• Support incidents requiring Police reporting and Body Worn Camera processes.

About the Role
