You'll partner with functional leaders to implement people strategies and enhance organizational performance. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
  • Ability to translate HR strategy into actionable, measurable plans.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance.
  • Translate the People Strategy into functional people plans.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations cases.
  • Analyse people data to identify trends for decision-making.
  • Support the design and delivery of learning and development interventions.

Education
