Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
  • Professional conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication: Address and resolve tenant and requests efficiently
  • Visitor engagement: Build rapport with visitors and guests
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the other team members on site ensuring a seamless approach to tasks
  • Visible Support: Become an accessible point of service for all enquiries
Skills/Knowledge/Experience etc
  • Experience in a Front of House or Corporate role
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal.
  • Customer service experience
  • IT skills, proficient in Outlook, teams, Word
  • Immaculate presentation
