Qualifications

  • Understanding of the asset management business (front, middle, back office).
  • Ability to deal with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • A background in Compliance or Operations is essential.
  • Familiarity with global regulations impacting personnel.
  • Collaborative skills to work with global colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor EMEA new employees and contractors for onboarding.
  • Run daily MCO processes to mitigate risks like Market Abuse.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via compliance inbox.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping for PAD data.
  • Liaison with Legal concerning trading rules.

Understanding of the asset management business
