A major insurance provider is seeking an Agency Team Member in Bolton, England. The role includes processing broker appointments, maintaining quality control, and building relationships with customers. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Agency Team. We are seeking a detail orientated person to become part of the team as an Agency Team Member who can step through our processes to ensure we meet the needs of our internal and external customers, support our offshore team members and meet quality assurance standards. The Agency Technician is a key role reporting to the Agency Team Leader. You’ll be responsible for performing the day-to-day processing activity of the core UK processes and act as a referral point for our offshore team members to ensure all Broker processes and systems meet the requirements of the wider business and regulatory bodies.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
