A Multi Academy Trust in the UK is looking for an Interim HR Officer to deliver integrated HR support to schools. You will advise leaders on employee relations and manage varied cases across multiple sites, with a collaborative approach. An immediate start is available for a candidate with relevant HR experience and qualifications. The role is full-time, hybrid working is offered and includes competitive pay and numerous benefits.

Derby Diocesan Academy Trust (DDAT) is a Multi Academy Trust that oversees and supports 33 schools across Derbyshire and Derby City. DDAT is looking for an Interim HR Officer for an immediate start who wants to make a genuine impact across a growing Multi Academy Trust. This is a hands‑on, trusted role where your advice, judgement and consistency will directly support schools, leaders and the wider Trust. You will be employed on a fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave, working full‑time (40 hours). Part‑time would also be considered for an experienced candidate. The role is based at our Head Office in the beautiful Peak District countryside in Bakewell, with travel to our schools across Derby and Derbyshire, and the option to work from home up to two days per week.
