(SENDIASS) Salary: £27,281 - £29,840 FTE per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting (£22,119.73 - £24,194.59 pro rata per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting) Location: Harrow We work flexibility to work remotely for part of the week with occasional work in Harrow. Hours: 30hrs to be worker across a minimum of 4 days. Job share will be considered We offer flexible working arrangements - please see below for more details. As Case Worker you will have a case load and provide a child focused approach to improving their outcomes and support the parents and carers in advocating for their child. The Harrow Special Education Needs and Disabilities Information and Advice Support Service (SENDIASS) informs parents, guardians, children and young people who reside in Harrow of their rights in the SEND process, by keeping abreast of education and other relevant legislation and SEND policy and supporting their navigation through the SEND assessment process. You will ensure that your work meets its statutory duties as set out on the Children and Families Act 2014 and is delivered in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice, and the minimum IASS standards.
