Overview

IDEX are currently amidst a Marine team build on behalf of a large, specialty Insurance Broker in London. Progress is going well in terms of Producer hires, however we are looking to appoint their Managing Director for Marine, Cargo and Transportation. This is a senior position which offers equity and potential wider company shares as part of a business showing 25% year-on-year growth, presenting a real opportunity to join.

Be offered equity as part of an exciting marine build within a large, international wholesale broker in London. You will be a vital part of this success story with established infrastructure, networks and financial backing behind the operation. The missing piece within this broker\'s specialty division is their marine offering, and we have been appointed to find an entrepreneurial individual who believes in building a platform with strong equity value rather than a pure base salary and bonus package.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marine, Cargo and Transportation division within a large international wholesale broker in London, driving the growth and development of the marine offering.
• Build and scale a successful platform with access to marketing, internal infrastructure and financial investment.
• Collaborate with senior management and board to shape growth strategy and achieve sales objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, while leveraging the firm\'s established Marine MGA and infrastructure.
• Be a key participant in the business growth, with equity arrangements that can mature into substantial value for you and your family.
