Job summary

A leading global consultancy in Ipswich is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage employee relations issues comprehensively. The role involves supporting HR initiatives, advising on legal compliance, and collaborating with HR departments. The ideal candidate has extensive ER experience, strong knowledge of employment law, and proficient skills in MS Office.
