Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a specialist Employee Relations role, managing complex cases.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple employee relations cases simultaneously.
  • Strong experience with employment tribunal claims.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of complex employee relations matters, from initial assessment to resolution.
  • Oversight of employee relations casework managed by HR Advisors.
  • Deliver commercial employee relations advice to managers.
