Litigation Executive / Solicitor / Legal Executive

Locations: Manchester City Centre | Bournemouth | Hatfield - United Kingdom

Working pattern: Hybrid / Flexible

Canford Law is continuing to grow and we are looking to recruit experienced Litigation Executives, Solicitors, and Legal Executives to join our established and high-performing teams across multiple locations.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload from pre-litigation through to resolution or trial, working with a high level of autonomy while delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing claims through the full litigation lifecycle
• Advising and guiding clients at every stage of their claim
• Gathering, reviewing, and assessing all relevant information to progress matters efficiently
• Managing deadlines and progressing cases using our bespoke case management system
• Settling claims through negotiation or pursuing matters through to trial where required

This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
