A leading marina company in Gosport is seeking a Night Marina Operative to ensure safety and deliver high customer service during overnight shifts. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Marina Operative to join the team at Premier Marinas’ Gosport Marina in Portsmouth Harbour.
You will be part of a dedicated and friendly team committed to delivering high standards of customer service while ensuring the marina remains safe, secure and well-managed overnight.
Our customers rely on us to provide a safe and secure environment. The role involves regular patrols of the marina and boatyard, carrying out safety and security checks, monitoring access to secure areas, and overseeing CCTV systems.

You will work 12-hour night shifts in line with the duty rota, which includes weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. The role will also require occasional day shifts.
