We’re looking for a people-focused Volunteer Manager to help us recruit, onboard and support volunteers across The SNF. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, creating simple processes that work, and making volunteers feel valued and supported.
You’ll help ensure volunteers are properly supported, trained and retained — which directly strengthens the Foundation’s ability to deliver mentoring and opportunities to people who need it most. You’ll make the charity more resilient, consistent, and professionally run.
