A leading heritage charity is seeking a Volunteer Manager for maternity cover at Marble Hill House. We are looking for a Volunteer Manager to join our team. The role is full time maternity cover. You'll be on a fixed term, full time basis, working 36 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
As Volunteer Manager, you will lead the day to day coordination, support, and engagement of our volunteer team to ensure a high quality visitor experience.
In this role, you will oversee volunteer scheduling and communication, maintain accurate records, and ensure volunteers are informed, supported, and equipped for their role.
You will also build strong working relationships across the site and help to foster a positive & inclusive culture.
