• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Operations roles.
• Prior experience leading teams in Supply Chain or Operations in FMCG.
• Ability to analyze volume dynamics and trends.

• Lead the Monthly and weekly IBP cycle and review meetings.
• Communicate drivers behind IBP volumes to the senior management team.
• Act as business partner to improve demand forecasting.
