Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Operation roles.
• Prior experience leading teams in Supply Chain or Operations in FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monthly and weekly IBP cycle and Review meetings.
• Analyze volume dynamics and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning Manager to ensure team engagement.
