Job summary

A luxury fashion brand seeks a FENDI Ambassador to provide extraordinary experiences to clients in Greater London. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Retail Fashion, with at least 2 years in Luxury Sales, and essential menswear category expertise. Strong selling and communication skills, as well as a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, are preferred. This role also involves upselling, managing customer relations, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Fashion, 2 years in Luxury Sale.
• Menswear category experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry.
• Goal oriented approach, multitasking.

• Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling.
• Monitor sales performance to achieve KPIs.
