Qualifications

• Significant end-to-end payroll processing experience and knowledge.
• Experience with Iris payroll software.
• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills and highly competent with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data accurately and on time, including new joiners and leavers.
• Review payrolls and client communications to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the client mailbox and respond to payroll-related queries.
• Provide expertise and guidance to junior Associates and clients.
• Handle engagement financials, billing, reconciliation, and revenue tracking.
• Coach and train Associates, supporting their development.
• Participate in process improvements and quality management activities.

Skills

End-to-end payroll processing experience

Knowledge of Iris payroll software

Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Excellent IT skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education

CIPP or alternative payroll qualification
