Responsibilities

• Process payroll data accurately each pay period.
• Setup new joiners on the payroll software.
• Maintain client files and document procedures.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic

High IT skills including experience of working with Excel, Word and Powerpoint

High attention to detail, accuracy and checking own work

Ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Education

1-2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience

Good knowledge and understanding of payroll compliance and best practice

Experience with IRIS Payroll Software and/or iTrent preferred

Understanding of payroll compliance including AE, RTI, Apprenticeship Levy
