Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-site or complex matrix environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and uphold GDPR standards.
  • Capable of building effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all transactional HR activities in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage vetting and compliance requests for operatives.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks and issue contracts of employment.
  • Handle payroll and employee benefits.
  • Maintain and manage employee data using HR systems.

Skills

Previous experience in administrative, HR, or compliance role
Good interpersonal skills
Proven written and numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail

Education

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grade C or above)
