A leading law firm is seeking an Early Talent Attraction Assistant for a 6-month fixed term contract. The CSG Talent Attraction Team are seeking an Early Talent Attraction Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed term contractto support the growth of the Early Talent element of our Talent Attraction strategy. If you’re a Recruitment, Talent, or HR Administrator/Assistant with a passion for early talent attraction and looking to gain experience to take the next step in your career, this opportunity is for you!
As the Early Talent Attraction Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an excellent recruitment service to our internal stakeholders, external candidates, and internal colleagues and to manage the new joiner process to onboard our new colleagues. The Early Talent Attraction function focuses predominately on recruitment of Paralegals, Claims Handlers, Apprentices, Trainees and Pupillage's.
You will work closely with the Early Talent Attraction Advisor with co-ordination of the day-to-day recruitment process, planning and organisation of Assessment Centres and supporting the transition of successful candidates into the business whilst being a key point of contact for Early Talent Attraction enquires into the team.
You will be an integral part of the CSG Talent Attraction Team, supporting our day-to-day functions supporting the team using innovative thinking and strategic skills analysis to ensure we are able to continue to provide a bespoke market leading client service.
This opportunity will be based out of our Birmingham or Newport offices, with travel requirements to attend Assessment Centres and Careers Fairs (for schools, colleges, and universities) across the UK.
As a team we work on a predominately hybrid basis with office attendance at least 2-3 times a month to support our in-person Assessment Centres and team meetings – this is subject to change at any time, dependant on business needs.
We are open to applications from candidates who have proven experience of working in an administrative or assistant role within a HR or Recruitment/Talent function, ideally within professional services - if you have legal sector experience, this would be highly desirable but is not essential.
