Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in leisure/hospitality.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure all equipment and areas are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Monitor activity within the pool and gym areas to ensure a safe environment.
  • Assist with the delivery of leisure and fitness programmes.
  • Carry out front desk operations, including bookings and payments.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
