As our Leisure Attendant, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Health Club - ensuring our front-of-house reception runs smoothly and our members and hotel guests receive outstanding service.

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-touch customer service, managing reception duties, and keeping the Health Club looking its best. From handling correspondence to guiding potential members around the club, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional environment.

You’ll also carry out Health Pitstops and Gym inductions, and perform vital health and safety checks including pool water tests, safety audits, and pool plant tasks.
