Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in leisure or hospitality.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing information about facilities and services.
• Ensure all equipment and areas are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Monitor pool and gym areas to ensure user safety.
• Assist with delivery of leisure and fitness programmes.
• Carry out front desk operations including bookings and payments.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
