A leading health charity in the UK is seeking a Communications & Campaigns Manager to lead impactful, multi-channel communications aimed at improving sexual health outcomes for young people. You will manage a small team, develop campaigns and create compelling content that supports Brook's mission. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in communications and demonstrate exceptional team management and communication skills. This is a full-time role with a salary of £40,000 and the unique benefit of a 4 Day Week program.
Brook is looking for a dynamic Communications & Campaigns Manager to lead impactful, multi channel communications that improve sexual health and wellbeing outcomes for young people and diverse communities. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Communications and Digital, you’ll manage a small team and drive health promotion campaigns that challenge taboos and empower people to take control of their sexual health. You’ll also lead the development of compelling content that amplifies the impact of Brook’s work and builds support for our mission with funders and supporters.

Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary.
