Care Assistant Mornings - Domiciliary

Details

• Pay: £14 per hour / £14.50 weekends / £28 per hour on Bank Holidays
• Hours: Full-time & part-time available (contracted up to 30 hours)
• Mileage: 30p per mile (HMRC reclaim option)

Note: We are not offering sponsorships or switches at this time. We currently do not have capacity for male carers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Administer medications safely as per guidance
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
• Support with mobility (transfers to chairs/wheelchairs)
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
• Keep accurate care records and daily observations

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance
• Right to work in the UK
• Caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Previous experience in care work, support work, domiciliary care, or home care is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
