At White Rabbit Projects, we create bold, people‑led hospitality experiences that bring together outstanding food, stylish settings, and polished service. 18, located within the Rusacks St Andrews hotel, is a modern Scottish restaurant and rooftop bar with breathtaking views over the Old Course and West Sands. We’re now looking for a confident, hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in this iconic venue.

What Will You Be Doing?
