As the Assistant Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You’ll deputise leading the Front of House team, including the Concierge & Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Experience in a similar management role and experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous.
