We’re seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team at the Afton Restaurant within Lochside House Hotel, ensuring a high-quality dining experience and exceptional guest service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations and table flow.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop team members to maintain performance and morale.
• Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control.
• Drive revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
• Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and positively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
