The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive industry and excellent communication skills to provide first-class customer service. Responsibilities include booking services, advising customers, and managing appointment scheduling. Lookers Crewe BMW is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team and our friendly Service Manager, Matt.
With ongoing investment in the dealership to transform it into a state-of-the-art showroom, Crewe BMW is the place to be.
As a Service Advisor at BMW, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development, as well as learning from our current Service Manager.
You must have heaps of energy, a warmpersonalityand a real passion for delivering afirst classcustomer experienceeach and everytime. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical informationin a way that is clearand concise.Previousexperience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
You will bea great teamplayer but be able toalsowork independentlyusing your own initiative. We want to hear from you if you have worked in a similar role within the automotive industryandhave a passion for customer service and cars!
