Flexible Support Worker (22 hrs) located in OX3 Headington area of Oxford. £12.62 per hour.
Working with us means more than just a job — it means being part of a caring, award‑winning organisation that values you just as much as the people you support. Here’s what we offer:
We are all unique, each with our own strengths, personalities, interests, and goals.
We are a community of 10 adults aged 30–50, supported by a mixed‑gender staff team who create a warm, inclusive, and respectful environment. Our Support Workers work closely with our families, who remain an important part of our lives.
Everything our Support Workers do is person‑centred. They focus on what matters to each of us—helping us build confidence, work toward our goals, and live our best lives, in our own way and at our own pace.
Most of us are mobile, while some of us benefit from a little physical support at home or out in the community. We each experience different challenges, such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, dysphagia, autism, or a learning disability—but we want you to see beyond these needs and recognise our abilities and potential.
Our staff team is fully trained, experienced, and committed to providing compassionate, safe support that respects our choices, dignity, and independence.
We're a multi-award-winning charity that exists to ensure our colleagues and the people we support live the best lives possible. In 2025, we recently launched our new strategy - Best Lives, Bolder. Find our more here.
At Community Integrated Care, our values are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for Support Workers who live and breathe our values: We Include • We Deliver • We Aspire • We Respect • We Enable. These values guide our support and ensure we deliver high‑quality, consistent care.
We’re seeking people who bring the following qualities:
