A leading health and social care charity in Coalville is looking for a Full-time Fully-Flexible Support Worker. This role offers £12.62 per hour and the opportunity to work directly with individuals with varying support needs, ensuring they lead fulfilling lives. The service comprises of 15 flats.
The people that we support require different levels of support, which could be anything from a Physical Disability, Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour or Autism. One thing you will all have in common is caring nature, bags of enthusiasm, patience and fun, putting the needs of the people we support at the forefront of all you do. Be prepared to go the extra mile!
The people that we support will have a wide range of hobbies and interests. Try to match yours to theirs to ensure that they are living their best life possible enjoying the things they love to do together.
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. This is why we’re really passionate about recruiting to individuals’ values and we recruit people from all walks of life; from people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role, from people with lived experiences who may have friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives, to people with no experience at all.
