Female Only - Full-time Fully-Flexible Support Worker (37.5 hours, per week) based in Coalville, LE67 postcode area of Leicester. £12.62 per hour. Travelling from external areas will need to have access to a car due to transport links.

The service comprises of 15 flats.

The people that we support require different levels of support, which could be anything from a Physical Disability, Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour or Autism. One thing you will all have in common is caring nature, bags of enthusiasm, patience and fun, putting the needs of the people we support at the forefront of all you do. Be prepared to go the extra mile!

The people that we support will have a wide range of hobbies and interests. Try to match yours to theirs to ensure that they are living their best life possible enjoying the things they love to do together.

We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
