Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role

We are three women aged 25–66 who share a warm, friendly home. We each have our own personalities, interests, and communication styles, and what matters most to us is living in a place where we feel respected, understood, and supported.

We are proud of our beautiful, well-kept home and we enjoy activities like going into town, getting our hair and nails done, baking, arts and crafts, pub lunches, and trips to the cinema and theatre. We also love exploring new places when we travel.

We’re looking for staff who take time to get to know us, speak clearly, have patience, and bring kindness, reliability, and a great sense of humour. We also value people who are proactive and happy to support us with keeping our home looking lovely.

If you join us, you’ll be welcomed into a positive, lively home—always with a hot drink and a cheeky biscuit waiting.
