Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between offices.
  • Open and communicative contact within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly with all necessary operations.
  • Manage fleet operations and all company car tasks.
  • Coordinate technicians and ensure safety compliance.
  • Support HR and IT with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Set up purchase orders and service entries using SAP.

Skills

Proficiency in common IT applications such as Office 365
Experience with SAP 4/HANA or another ERP system
Structured way of working
Flexibility and service-oriented mindset

Education

Completed commercial vocational training or adequate university degree
