Job summary

A leading global entertainment company is looking for a Compensation Manager in London. In this role, you'll manage compensation processes across EMEA, collaborating with various stakeholders. You'll provide tailored reward solutions and lead a team of analysts. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills, experience in compensation management, and proficiency in HR systems like Workday or SAP. This office-based role involves 4 days onsite and 1 day remote working, fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in Compensation at Manager level.
  • Experience of working in multi-national, fast-paced commercial organisations.
  • Evidence of successfully program managing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee professional compensation service for designated Lines of Business.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Global Compensation teams.
  • Line management of two analysts.

Skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (Workday or SAP)

Degree level or equivalent qualification
